Our daughter just graduated from grad school and had to move back in with us. It has been six years since she went to college, and she has not lived with us on a regular basis for almost as long. And she is so different than when she first went to college. Right now I would call her status a “hippy”. She is always talking about how we need to “go green”. She saved her money that she made while working in college. So for a graduation present to herself she bought an electric car. She also said that we need to be more careful about saving our resources and told us we need to go to energy companies in Tuxedo and find us a cheaper electricity provider. She acts like we are children, and she is the adult. I don’t really know how to deal with her in this frame of mind. I will be thrilled when she gets a permanent job and moves out on her own. Right now she doesn’t have a permanent jobso she can live here for a little while…if we can stand the invasion of the hippies. ^_^
